Everyone that knows me knows I love Single Ladies, and I was looking forward to a Season 2.
Now, I’m not so sure…
I was listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show (107.5 WBLS) when I heard the news. At first it was rumored that LisaRaye was responsible for getting Stacey Dash fired. Now it seems that Stacey Dash has decided to quit. It was said that because she has her children in LA and was filming in Atlanta, it was hard for her to go back and forth between the two.
I am not very happy about that. Not the part that she needs to be there for her children. I’m talking about that cliff hanger ending where her ex and current man both proposed to her, while she was having a fling with her ex. I don’t know about you, but that ending was enough to keep ME wanting there to be a Season 2.
Besides the story line, I adored her sense of fashion. But now, who should replace her?

I think Gabby is a good choice, also Sharon Leal who played one of the sisters in This Christmas with Chris Brown. I like Zoe Saldana too but she is too big time right now for Single Ladies lol

Never thought about Zoe, but she is definitely too big right now for this role. I had to look up Sharon Leal lol but I do remember her from “Why Did I Get Married” and she would make a good replacement also.
It’s not that many actresses that would make a good replacement for Val.

I just checked out Rihanna’s wax figure. It looks JUST like her. It’s a little scary how much.

Hmm…I haven’t seen Lark Voorhies (aka Lisa Turtle) since Saved By The Bell. Is she still acting?
But I did think about Nia Long. But she’s pregnant now, so I don’t know how that would work LOL.
